Students: Y5/6 Mixed Gender –  

Number of students – Between 9 – 15 Boys & Between 9-15 Girls. (separate boys & girls teams/competition). i.e. each school can bring a max of 30 students.  

This is an ACHIEVE competition, with winning schools progressing to county finals. The competition is a team event with track & field activities, schools should prepare students prior to the event so they understand the rules of each event they are participating in. we recommending running trials in Pe lessons in clubs to help select your team.  

Team Information 

School teams should consist of a minimum of 9 girls and 9 boys, with a maximum of 15 girls and 15 boys being permitted.  1 booking Per school

They may compete in a maximum of two track and two field events, drawn from the following: 

Track Events 

1 + 1 Lap Relay, 2 + 2 Lap Relay, 6 Lap Paarlauf, each requiring two girls & two boys 

Obstacle Relay, Over / Under Relay, 4 x 1 Lap Relay, each requiring four girls & four boys 

Field Events 

Chest Push, Speed Bounce, Standing Long Jump, Standing Triple Jump, Vertical Jump. Each requiring three girls & three boys
